What is SealVault?
SealVault is a cryptographic proof tool that creates SHA-256 hashes and timestamps for your digital files — photos, music, code, academic papers, and more. It provides verifiable proof that your file existed at a specific moment in time.
Is SealVault a legal copyright registration service?
No. SealVault generates cryptographic evidence, not legal copyright registration. It can serve as supporting evidence, but it does not replace formal legal processes such as notarization or official copyright filing.
How does sealing work?
When you upload a file, SealVault computes a unique SHA-256 hash — a one-way mathematical fingerprint. This hash is paired with a timestamp and stored securely. You receive a digital certificate with a QR code that anyone can scan to verify.
Is my first seal really free?
Yes! Every new account gets one free seal. After that, you can purchase credit packages or subscribe to the unlimited monthly plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find SealVault, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open SealVault → tap the credit/subscription section → tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the paywall screen.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted using industry-standard SHA-256. Cloud sync is powered by Firebase with per-account data isolation. Your files and certificates are only accessible to your account.
