How do I restore my "Remove Ads" purchase?

Open the game and tap the "No Ads" button on the main menu. In the popup, tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Your purchase will be restored automatically.

The game is running slowly or lagging. What can I do?

Try closing other apps running in the background and restarting your device. Wilson is optimized for iPhone 8 and later. If the issue persists, please contact us with your device model and iOS version.

How do I adjust the volume?

Tap the ⚙️ settings icon in the top-left corner of the main menu. You'll find separate sliders for Music and Sound Effects that let you adjust each independently.

My Game Center leaderboard isn't showing up.

Make sure you're signed into Game Center in your iPhone Settings (Settings → Game Center). The game will automatically authenticate you when you open it. If it still doesn't work, try signing out and back into Game Center.

I purchased "Remove Ads" but still see ads.

Please try the Restore Purchases option first. If that doesn't work, restart the app completely (swipe it away from the app switcher and reopen). If ads still appear, contact us with your Apple ID email and we'll resolve it immediately.

Is Wilson free to play?

Yes! Wilson is completely free to download and play. The game includes optional ads and a one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. There are no pay-to-win mechanics — every player has the same experience.

What data does Wilson collect?

Wilson only collects anonymous analytics data (such as game scores for leaderboards) via Game Center and standard ad tracking through AdMob. We do not collect any personally identifiable information. You can opt out of ad tracking when prompted.
